How do you use money from fundraisers and donations?
The Hershey Lions have created a 501(c)3 organization named Hershey Lions Club Foundation for the purpose of donations and other fundraising. As a result, all donations made to the Foundation are fully tax deductible.
100% of funds raised by the Hershey Lions Club go directly into service projects at the local and international level. As a member club of Lions Clubs International, no publicly raised or donated funds go towards administration of our organization. All administrative funds come directly from our members.
